Refunds and Returns Policy
Online or Telephone Purchases
You can return goods purchased online at www.flynnspharmacy.ie or over the phone (along with the returns slip you received with your package) in two ways:
- Store Drop-off: You may return an item within 28 days of purchase to Flynn's Pharmacy, The Square, Claremorris, Co. Mayo for exchange or refund. Items returned, including their packaging, must be fit for resale. If you opt for refund, Flynn's Pharmacy will refund 80% of the purchase price (unless the item is faulty). We will not refund postage and packing costs incurred in dispatching the item when your order was placed.
- Postage: Please fill in the returns slip included with your order and post to Online Returns, Flynn's Pharmacy, The Square, Claremorris F12 R2D1, Co. Mayo. Items returned, including their packaging, must be fit for resale and be returned within 28 days of purchase. If you opt for refund, Flynn's Pharmacy will refund 80% of the purchase price (unless the item is faulty). We will not refund postage and packing costs incurred in dispatching the item when your order was placed. Items returned by post are at your own expense. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for this method of return.

Refund Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange items purchased online from www.flynnspharmacy.ie (or over the phone) that are unused and in a saleable condition within 28 days with proof of purchase.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons we regret to inform you that the following products are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Earrings
- Hair accessories / extensions / fascinators (unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened)
- Fragrances, Cosmetics and Skincare (unless original packaging remains unopened - including cellophane wrapping)
- OTC (non-prescription) medicines/supplements
This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods. Under consumer legislation, a customer has no right to a refund or to exchange an item outside of the 28 day window, with the exclusion of faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment.
European Directive on Distance Selling - Your Right to Cancel
In concurrence with our standard returns policy, Flynn's Pharmacy also offers the return policy specified by law under the European Directive on Distance Selling. You have a statutory right - Your Right to Cancel - to return goods purchased online (in this case, goods purchased on www.flynnspharmacy.ie) within 14 days of receiving your order. During this cooling off period you are entitled to receive a full refund including delivery charges (where these were paid). Please note that the delivery charge refund (if paid) will be to the value of standard delivery.
This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the item(s) from us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning any goods to us.
Please notify us in writing within 14 working days of receiving the item(s) that you wish to cancel your order. You can do this by filling in the returns form sent to you with your order and including it in your return.

Your Right to Cancel under the European Directive on Distance Selling is not applicable to goods purchased in-store.

Faulty Goods
We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is incorrect, faulty or damaged, you can return it with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied products
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or email only) within a reasonable period of time. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer you a refund. Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your order and will be subject to our right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged on return or for which we arrange collection.
