- Liquids, if you’re taking them, are packed separately in their own individual, sealed, labelled pod.
- You simply take the pod you need for that particular dose, peel back the lid, take your medicines and throw away the empty pod.
- The doses for the rest of the day stay sealed in their pods until you’re ready to take them.
